about us

At Warrior Path Therapy, we believe that healing takes courage; the courage to face the past with honesty and the strength to shape what comes next. This practice was created for those who have had to figure life out on their own, for those standing at a crossroads and ready to create change that feels true to who they are.

As a virtual therapy space, Warrior Path Therapy offers accessibility, comfort, and connection, meeting you wherever you are (as long as you are in California), so you can begin your healing journey in the environment that feels safest to you. We understand that resilience often comes from walking difficult paths, and that asking for help can be one of the bravest steps of all.

Warrior Path Therapy is a space for authenticity, growth, and transformation, a place where your story is honored, your struggles are met with compassion, and your journey forward is supported with care and clarity. Together, we’ll work to help you reconnect with your values, rebuild balance, and move toward a life that feels grounded, empowered, and authentically yours.

Cesar Pacheco, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Founder

Life happens and, along the way, the people and environments around us shape how we see ourselves. Family expectations, cultural messages, and early experiences can all quietly influence the way we move through the world. Over time, we can start living according to who we think we should be, rather than who we truly are.

Therapy offers the space to pause, untangle those influences, and rediscover your own voice. I believe the therapeutic relationship is sacred and the energy shared between two people in a space dedicated to healing and self-discovery can be transformative. My role is to listen deeply, reflect honestly, and help you see how your story has shaped your beliefs about yourself and what’s possible for your life.

Together, we’ll work toward clarity, confidence, and a sense of freedom to create the life you deserve.

Naomi Tapia, Associate Marriage and Family Therapist

I’m the therapist for the ones who carry it all: the eldest daughters, the peacemakers, the healers, the ones who keep everyone else afloat. Therapy should feel like an exhale; a space where you can drop the mask, be your full self, and know you’re safe, seen, and supported. My approach is relational, feminist, and culturally rooted because I know how much culture, family, and identity shape the way we heal. Whether you’re navigating boundaries, burnout, disordered eating, family guilt, or the pressure to be “the strong one,” my goal is to help you set it all down and reconnect with the version of you that’s always deserved care, confidence, and ease.

We’ll talk feelings, of course, but we’ll also use music, memes, and real talk to make sense of what’s going on. I’ll bring culture, humor, and homegirl energy into our work while gently calling you in when you’re avoiding your own brilliance; because you deserve therapy that feels like you. Together, we’ll unpack the weight you’ve been carrying and help you reconnect with the version of yourself that doesn’t just survive, but thrives.

Nicole Edmonds, Associate Marriage and Family Therapist

The first step in therapy is often a vulnerable one: allowing yourself to be truly seen and heard.

Trusting the healing process can feel scary and unknown, but that fear doesn’t have to keep you stuck. Our work together begins with getting to know you and your story—the moments, relationships, and experiences that shaped who you are today. I want to know your pride, your pain, and your perseverance.

From there, we will explore how your past connects with what you are experiencing in the present, including the ways your history may influence current behaviors, relationship patterns, and internal narratives. As therapy unfolds, the focus shifts toward reconnection and alignment—reclaiming parts of yourself that may have been invalidated or pushed aside, while honoring the parts that developed to create safety and belonging. The parts of you that helped you survive may also be the parts asking for a new level of care and understanding now.

I will be there to help you explore deeper, uncover new insights, gain understanding, and sit with you in your feelings. My approach is warm, curious, and collaborative, with moments of sarcasm and humor. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, negative body image, life transitions, family dynamics, or relationship conflict, I will work to provide a safe space to reveal, explore, and honor all parts of yourself to help you find a presence where you finally feel at home.
